Women's Soccer Claims First PAC Championship Title The 2008 season is truly memorable for the members of the Washington & Jefferson College women's soccer team. The W&J women's soccer team claimed the PAC Championship title and is the first in school-history to qualify for the NCAA Division III post season tournament. The team also has broken six school records including most wins in a single season. which currently sits at 15. The previous record was 11 set in 2003 and 2004. Read More Here.

Dennis Slamon, M.D. ’70: Creating Miracles with Hope "Living Proof” is the true story of oncologist and researcher Dr. Dennis Slamon '70. The film premiered on the Lifetime Channel in October. Dr. Slamon is the UCLA doctor who helped develop the breast cancer drug Herceptin, and the film revolves around his effort to keep the drug trials afloat. Read more here.
