Attention Alumni and Former Students: Federal law mandates that a signature of the former student/alumnus must be present on a transcript request.

For alumni members and former students to request a transcript, either fax or postal mail a request to:

Information Required for Transcript:

• Name (while a student at W&J)
• Approximate dates of attendance
• Social Security number
• Complete address where the transcripts need to be sent
• Contact telephone number
• Signature

Transcripts are free of charge and processed within 24-48 hours on normal business days.Transcripts can be picked up from the Registrars office or mailed directly to the adress designated on request.If you have questions, please contact our office at 724-223-6017 or 888-W-AND-JAY (926-3529).
