The annual Etiquette Dinner will be held Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at 6:00 p.m. Students will learn from the experts on how to act at a formal dinner meeting. Students will also have the chance to network with local professionals. Encourage your sons and daughters to participate in the free event. Students can contact email@example.com to register. Registration is granted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
In March, there will be two events helping students connect with local employers and find careers and internships. WestPACS, being held Wednesday, March 13, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Monroeville Convention Center in Monroeville, Pa., is the largest job fair in the Pittsburgh region. Students can register free at www.westpacs.org until March 11 and walk-in cost is $10. This is a great opportunity for your to-be graduates to talk to local employers and find out about professional opportunities in their realm of study.
The Pittsburgh Education Recruitment Consortium Teacher Job Fair will take place on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, from 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. at the Monroeville Convention Center.
